Anyone know of a source selling replacement slides besides S&W Customer Service? I'm also interested if anyone knows of someone selling a used full size slide in 9mm. thx

Midway USA is the only source{that I know of) that has them from time to time. It is a very pricey item. Midway lists one right now---9mm,full size, night sights,extractor, probably needs all the other internal parts and the barrel $366.00

As you can clearly see it is a sellers market when it comes to m&p parts. Dealers can't keep trigger bars, slide releases/stops, and manual safeties in stock. I bought another fullsize m&p for 399 earlier this year so I could never see buying a slide for so much. Curious, wil s&w actually sell you a slide? I thought they would only warranty. Good luck, you may find a used one.
