2. Make the 9C grip just a little longer and make it a 15 rounder as well

Both are achievable if 15 round is your magic number and you have access to 17 rounders.

First, You can buy 15 round magazine block for M&P mags. Just search "M&P Magblock"

Next, for the 9c, get an Xgrip to sleeve that 15 rounder to extend the grip.

Both are cheap and easy to install accessories.
