Hello, I already have an HK P30 and while I love this handgun, it's a bit too big for everyday carry. Hence why I'm leaning towards the Shield. Problem is that it's so hard to find one and no stores have them to compare sizes.

My request - can someone post some pictures up with side to side comparisons of the P30 and Shield?

Thanks.

They're both a lot of fun to shoot and my wife like the Shield better, says she can get abetter grip on it.

I have a Shield and love it. The Shield fits the role very well of a BUG and around the house pistol. I daily carry a HK P30. To me the P30 is not a large pistol and carry/conceals very easily. Bill

If u like the h&k i suggest u look into the p2000 sk. Hands down the best carry piece ever imho. I have a p 30s and a 2000 sk Great pistols. jay

The SK is to short for me but I agree that the P2000 is a superb carry gun

Great! Thanks OliverStacy! Next step is to find a shop that actually stock them.

I'm trying the M&P instead of the HK P2000 SK because I wanted to try something different, plus the M&P is better on price.

I'm a skinny guy (160 lbs), I carried my P30 a couple times during the winter months in Nevada on a Comptac MTAC at the 5 o'clock and I can't bend over without it being obvious through my shirt.

With the shield, I'll try the Comptac infidel ultra holster at my 3 O'clock and see how that does. Summer is coming up and I'll be wearing just a t-shirt to conceal.
