O'man... that's just what I need. Another toy to buy! It'll go great with my M&P9 Full Size, M&P9 Shield, and M&P15 MOE rifle! :D

I know, I know. I need an M&P revolver. :p
 
It could be based on the S&W M1000 receiver. The M1000 was a SUPERB shotgun and is still highly sought after among avid bird hunters. The steel-framed 'Waterfowler' version might be better than the aluminum frame. I'd buy either one.

I'd vote for a steel framed version. i like a 12ga w some weight to suck up recoil. Maybe add a speed feed adjustable stock, integrated LED light in the extended mag tube cover, Tritium bead...... :-)
 
Recoil in an aluminum-receivered gun??? WHAT recoil? I shoot a Benelli M1 Super90 and Beretta 1201FP with Brenneke slugs all day long. There ain't no stinkin' recoil.... LOL
 
I agree. S&W needs a shotgun line again. But this time made in USA.
