Hello all,

New to forum and grateful to be apart of it. I recently switched to a M&P9 OR with flat trigger from G45 for duty use. It is incredibly shootable and to my surprise the most mechanically accurate pistol I have ever owned. Only close 2nd is an old German P229R. These are legit in every way shape and form. Does anyone know if they are going to do a true subcompact in this variant? I need a BUG. Currently toting a M&P340 but would like mag compatibility. Thanks!!

A true sub compact! What is that exactly? M&P line has the 3.6" sub compact or a step down in size is the shield plus or shield single stack.

Hardluk…. The 3.6" is G19 sized frame, same as compact, just shorter barrel. I am looking for a G26 size with flat trigger, optic ready . As in the S&W 2.0 SUBCOMPACT lol. Shield doesn't offer me magazine commonality and is a huge deal to me. That's what I meant though.

There are the M2.0 Subcompact series which are akin to Glock 26. Smith hasn't upgrade the trigger shoe on these to the flat style, but I think these are the size that you're describing. Standard capacity is 12-round mag.

Yep that's it. Just want the new features. I wrote smith they said they just passed it to product development. Thx man. That is a nice little gun.
