I wish Smith would come out with a Single Stack 9mm (or even .40cal) in their M&P line up. Small light weight polymer that would hold 7 rounds. This would compete with the KelTec PF9, Ruger LC9, Springfield Armory's XDs, Kahr PM9, Beretta NANO, etc...that are flooding the market to satisfy all the thousands of new Conceal Handgun Carriers.

that would be right up my alley for a excellent concealed carry. If you need more than 7 then you better spend more time at the range or be able to run fast

I have a Kahr P9. If you know someone with a Kahr you should ask to try one. It has a buttery smooth trigger, and is very accurate to boot. That should hold you over till Smith and Wesson comes around, and make a slim M&P.

Reevolvers is right, the Kahr P9 is quite a nice carry piece. One of the best triggers I've seen out of the box, and quite accurate

I was thinking about this and thought a 9mm version of the 380 bodyguard would be great. It has some flaws that S&W could really improve on. A baby M&P why not. I see other people feel the same way
