M19 gets new shoes!

These new "shoes" just came in from Mike on the forum. Enjoy as taken on a vintage Boyd Coddington T-shirt right from his shop during my wife's visit to see her sister in CA. ENJOY!

Bought a gun off a friend with stocks similar to the ones shown. They do look pretty.

But they pushed my hand too far down for me. Got rid of them and replaced them with S&W round butt stocks and a Tyler-T. Aaaaaaah, much better.

Different hands, different strokes.

This one is pretty much relegated to safe duty so don't worry much about how it feels when it goes BOOM.

They're purdy! With the cost of nice wooden stocks these days, I wish I'd bought more 25-30 years ago! (I bought 2 pair of my favorites, Herrett's Shooting Masters, but I could use about a half-dozen more for the guns I;ve accumulated since then.)

No doubt that some of the wood these days is going for crazy money! Mike treated me really well on this set, I think.
