Just purchased this M27-9 4" NIB.
As a long time S&W collector I won't comment on the blueing but the grips are attractive.
I wanted a 3&1/2" carry piece but the prices on GB are high to very high for 3&1/2.
This M27 cost me $805 ++++/
Have Galco holster for carry.
Single action pull is 4# .08 Oz on my Wheeler Electronic gauge. There is zero creep and just a bit of overtravel. It's smooth!
But the D/A pull while smooth as can be, is over 14# to where my Wheeler Gauge squeals and does not allow the trigger to break.
Frankly for a factory gun the pulls are extremely smooth.
I have been shooting D/A for decades and further shooting is NOT going to reduce the D/A trigger pull.
Does anyone have any experience with the TK Custom Kit?
I called the S&W Performance Center and their action jobs will not reduce the D/A pull.
Any help appreciated!

It might benefit from a thorough cleaning, proper lubrication, then a good amount of live and dry firing. Beyond that, maybe try a lighter rebound spring. I would not mess with the main spring on a defensive revolver, too much risk of light strikes from the hammer failing to ignite a primer at the worst possible moment.
