Bought a 29-2 at the gun show today for 1100, not as good as the poster who got his at the Estate sale for 600, but all aren't lucky all of the time. Still I think it was a fair price. Previous owner stated it had never been fired, I know the Factory does fire them for function test and it looks like it may have two cylinders with evidence. The rest are pristine. I am also wondering the date of manufacture as the serial number is N368560. This one will go into my safe as I have 29-2 Blued I can shoot.

Nice find. Though yours might not have been $600, it is a 4 incher. The shorter barrel lengths usually bring more $$$$$!
