It is a sickness as I know many can vouch for the feeling but this is not my forst gun but sure feels like it!

It is in the family as it came from a old friend of my dads. I am picking it up in a few weeks and so excited had to post a pic, not that everyone knows what it is going to look like but here it is.. I am so disapointed in the drag lines LOL

Great looking gun and a great find. I know the feeling of getting a new gun and something you really wanted.

yes kit gun on the right that is one in dads collection. he is holding the 60 for me until I get a chance to pay him a visit( since i have not seen the 60 in person yet he sent me pics and I thought it might be cool to get them both in a pic) and at that point split up the pair....

That Model 60 will soon be like an old friend. Here is one from 1967, back wearing her original diamond grips. Nearly 42 years of faithful service, many tens of thousands of rounds, still times and locks up tightly. This was one of the first when they changed to case hardered trigger and hammer and right after they changed from polished finish to satin. Still doesn't quite look ready for the "old folks home," does she?
