MA Supreme Court overturns 1957 switchblade ban . . .

I'm not a "knife guy" either, but I carry one all the time. To me they are tools and thus I want to have a good one if I need it.

My current folder is a Kershaw 3650, which replaced a S&W knife that I put down somewhere while I was doing something and then couldn't find it.

The Kershaw came from the Texas State Surplus Store where they have bins of knives, "Leatherman" tools, and other things confiscated by the TSA and sent to the store for sale.

It looks like whoever owned it, opened the package, put it in his carry on luggage and headed off to an airport. $8.00, which is what they all are priced at.

Switch blade

I miss the one I carried in High-school in the late 50s. We carried a switchblade and a roll of nickles and thought We were Bad A--es at the time. I wonder where It went? it disappeared after I joined the Air Force.

Knife laws are a jumble that dont make sense.
Lost a good Gerber when I was in the Army.
Had a magnum folder in my pocket since I was not wearing a belt at the time.
Was confiscated as concealed carry was not legal, would have been fine if it was in a pouch on a belt.
Lots of GI,s got caught up in that technicality , all the Buck 110's that were kept by the MP's probably would have circled the Earth.:)
