McAfee pop up

Still getting the "renew McAfee' pop-up when I log into the forum.

Happens every time I log in.

Only happens when I log into this forum.

I know there was a previous thread, but has anyone found a workable solution to stop this pop-up?

It takes one click to close it.

If you have this site in your “favorites,” then perhaps uninstall it and sign in again. (I had a similar problem - and like you, only with this site - and that seems to have solved the problem for me). (iPad)

There's a number of threads with fixes on this down in the Forum Office area. Last time it happened on my wife's computer I had to block a URL in the Notifications area of her Chrome browser.

And maybe 'one click' to open malware.

I'll try deleting the shortcut and see if that works.
