It would appear so based on their website. Although they list a 32acp.
Ruger most likely contributed to that move.

The original Ruger LCP is almost a direct copy of the Kel-Tec 3AT. The later LCP II is significantly different mechanically, and some consider it a much superior weapon.

As a matter of fact.....YES!! My PMR30.

Simplicity at it's best. Better trigger pull than the M&P. Only 19oz fully loaded. Costs roughly $150 less than the M&P. Accuracy is a good as it gets. Rear sight is more favorable than that on the M&P. Not a factor,IMHO, but the M&P has a slightly softer recoil.

They say "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery". Anyone can improve on something that has been in the market for years. The Japanese have been doing it for decades. Kel-tec can't compete with the big guys but most of what they offer is fairly unique.

Yessir. My P3AT is my go-to for situations where concealment is a primary consideration. Great little pocket-pistol.
I have a P32 also - which is the same gun in 32acp. I only bought the P3AT to replace it in my carry rotation after I figured out that they are exactly the same size. The 380acp is just a better SD cartridge IMO.
Both have been 100% reliable and trouble free.
I just wish I had bought a sub-2000 in 9mm before my state legislature decided to outlaw them.

I own a P17 and an RDB and like both. Would either be my first choice for a planned gunfight? No. That's not Kel-Tec's niche, though a few of their models have seen LEO adoption.

I have a P11 that I REALLY like. Right now my sister who was gunless has it. For a cheap gun it is very reliablea and I've shot all manner of commercial and homemade ammo through it.

I also posted elsewhere recently that I got a Sub2000 pistol carbine years ago when there weren't any other affordable commercial players and I REALLY like it. There are a few things that I don't like but it has served me very well for what it is. For a 'fun gun' it has been tops. I got a Ruger 9mm carbine recently but I still like the Kel tec with it's sensible 17 round mag or the 'x-treme' 33 round mag I can tear targets and soda bottles up, big time.

I pocket carried a P-3AT for a couple years until I switched to a pocket carry Sig P365. I ran a few hundred flawless rounds through the Kel Tec. Amazingly accurate for it's size. It had a Crimson Trace laser and a 7 rd magazine (with Magguts spring). Still carry it sometimes.

Yes... My 1st CC Subcompact was a P-11. It was a very good affordable alternative to the G26.
Before the Shield came out, I used to pocket carry the PF9. It kicked like a burro, but was very reliable for me. Because of the kick, it fell into the 'Shoot a Little/Carry a Lot' category. I'd put a few mags through it every session, before moving on to my 'Fun' guns.

The P3AT was a very good little pistol. So good, that Ruger's LCP was a direct copy of it.

I also have an original model Sub2K in G17 that has been a very reliable PCC.

I don't see ANY mention of the P-11, PF9, or P3AT on their site. I do know that even though people were glad to see the P-15 come along, they were sad to see the P-11 and PF9 go.

The P11 was sort of reborn in the SCCY CPX series of pistols. I've fired a CPX-2, it's sort of a square, 9 mm, DAO revolver.
