Merry Christmas to our extended S&W family and friends from Abbie's Gradpa and Grandma.
Debbie is in NJ with Abbie and Andrew celebrating Christmas.
She reports that the kids have grown...Duh. Wonder if she thought that they would stay small forever.
Both are doing well, and Abbie is not having any major health issues related to her transplants.
It seems to be decent weather every place except here. We were supposed to get to 45, never saw 30. Still buried in snow and the roads are sheets of ice to the north, and for the first 40 miles to the south.
Santa is supposed to bring sunshine and 47 tomorrow...Ho Ho Ho. Will believe that when I see it.
I hope everybody awakes in the morning and finds a RM under the tree with your name on it.

Christmas with the in-laws at our house. Doing the usual finger food and oyster stew for dinner tonight. Kids will get to open one present. Tomorrow, we will have an afternoon dinner with prime rib and lamb. Weather is supposed to be in the 40s. FIL and MIL have been here a couple weeks. Been deconstructing some sheds in the back and fixin up the garage.
They were supposed to stay until the first part of January. But their house back in Colorado was broken into a couple of nights ago. They will need to leave on Mon or Tues to get home and get things back in order. Still counting their blessings despite their losses.

Merry Christmas to all!

Merry Christmas neighbor. Next time you sneak through town, give a holler, ya hear.

I think it's my turn to buy coffee.

Merry Christmas to you and your family from my family out here on the east coast. Glad to read that your granddaughter is doing well!! Best gift ever is the good health of ones family!!!

Thom,

I feel your pain. It's 11(F) here now and the temps are dropping like a rock under a clear, beautiful star strewn night sky. The air is so sharp it feels as though it would cut glass.

Once again this year we went on down to the village to listen to the carolers. The streets are lined with candles...

...and we walked among them.

.. the voices carried forever in the clear, still night air. Was very moving.

Merry Christmas to all here and may there be peace and joy for you and yours.
