Hi All,

Mr Jenkins wasn't kidding about a 4 month period to receive a Historical Letter! My check cleared 5-30 and the letter arrived today, 10-21. Hey, I got it!!

Anyway see pics.

Grips look too good?

Barrel blueing faded away?

Cylinder still Bluish?

Criticisms/comments welcome.

Ray

It appears to be a very nice example of a 1st Model, 2nd Issue. It shows its age well and the use, but not abuse, of the revolver has not detracted from the value. If the rear of the barrel looks as clean/non-pitted as the face of the cylinder; you are ahead of most of these as most are so pitted (black powder and lax cleaning) that the assembly number is obliterated. Nice example.
