Model 1000M 20ga.

I m looking into buying a Model 1000M in 20ga. I am not sure what a realistic price one is however. The 2 I have seen have been in the 550-600 area.

What would be a goo price to pay for a clean 1000M in 20ga.?
Any info would be great

I just purchased a perfect condition 1000 in 12G with a mod choke barrel for 350.00 on GB. No box or papers.

Generally speaking, S&W shotguns usually sell for less than Remington equivalents.


They're less known to the buying public and no parts are made now.


I sure wouldn't pay over $425 for one.

I have four I'm getting ready to sell. Two 12 ga., one 30" full, the other 26 Imp Cyl, and two 20 ga both 26" Imp cyl, consecutive serial numbers. All as new in the box. The two 20 ga will be sold together as a set. Trying to determine values.

I sold a 20ga 1000M several years ago for $450. It had a 2 3/4" chambered 26" barrel with 3 screw in choke tubes and a 3" chambered 28" full choke barrel. Also included was a S&W labeled faux leather case for two choke tubes.
