Received my Model 19 back from S&W today.
I'm the second owner, first owner apparently decided to do a trigger job on it without knowing what they were doing so had to send it in for servicing.
Did take 8 weeks (2 months), but that is what they told me when I called.

Replace Strain Screws
Repair Trigger

All was done at no charge.
Very happy with service, especially since I was not the original owner and I am sure they could tell someone worked on it.
Glad to have it back, and I know, the lock is not appreciated by many, but purchased it at a pawn shop here in Atlanta, in the plastic case for $600 out the door.
Next stop is the indoor range.
