Would one of you knowledgeable members be kind enough to provide me with a ball park value on this revolver?

It is NIB in the wood case with all th original stuff.

Thanks.

I've had two of them and sold one about a year ago. The one I sold was unfired in the presentation case. These were originally sold only to F.B.I. Agents and it was a fundraiser for the children of deceased Agents I believe. They were ordered with a standard finish of the early '80's rather than a high polish. I think most opinions on these are that they are worth about the same as a 27 of the same age unless you can find someone that has a special interest in the gun because of it's markings. I believe I got $750 for the one I sold. I am keeping the other one.

I just paid a grand for a really nice one, and was glad to find it.

I'm an agent, and it means more to me than it would to somebody with no connection to the Bureau.

If you're looking to sell, let me know. I know guys who are looking for one.

I too need one! Next time I'm up in sigp220.45's neck of the woods, I need to see his (and maybe do a Tanya Harding on him :D ) I've been looking to add the Model 27 to my collection of FBI stuff. My 100th FBI Anniversary Glock 22 is lonely.
