WELL , BOUGHT A LITTLE 351C 22 mag FOR MY WIFE WHO THOUGHT THE RECOIL OF A 38 WAS TOO MUCH.Problem is the trigger pull on the 22 mag is way more than the 38 and she cant handle it. Called S&W and they said rimfire needs stronger spring. i would like to change the grips to help her, does anybody know how to get those little rubber ones off?

It's a very small allen wrench, not sure of the size. Maybe you can find an extended pair of the rubber grips that come standard on some newer J frames. Good luck.

If they're Hogues with no screw, just lift or pry the sides away from the frame and pull it off.Try sliding a credit card between frame and grip side and work grip off.
