Model 37 no dash with an ejection issue

I have a M37 no dash that i recently purchased used. lockup is tight, but when i try to eject the cartridges in the cylinder when a cartridge lines up with the cylinder stop(part on the frame that keeps the cylinder from coming off the yoke and ejector rod). The rim of the 38 special cartridge hangs up on the cylinder stop. Has anyone seen this before? Is the yoke bent? Can this be repaired easily?

My M38 does the same thing. Just rotate the cylinder a smidge to eject.

That's "normal" in my experience.
