Yes, but the slide is also different between the two. You *can* use a 46 slide with a 41 barrel, but there will be a gap because the front of the slide is thinner, so it works but doesn't look great.
Side note, I've found the 46 to be more reliable due to the reduced slide mass, but the 46 slides are also a lot rarer and more breakable. High-velocity ammo especially has been known to crack them where the side web meets the main body. So, if you decide to use a 41 barrel on your 46, getting a 41 slide will protect your rare 46 slide and make the gun look less goofy.
Add some wood stocks and I believe the only difference between a 46 and a non cocking-indicator 41 is the front grip strap is grooved (and the model number stamping).
