Model 49 info needed

I have a model 49 no dash 38 special. It has 4J92 engraved between the wood grips on the butt of the pistol.it has 20385 stamped on yoke and a sideways U below the numbers. It has a pinned barrel. Can anyone tell me when it was made and it’s value.
