OK, so I screwed up and admit it....that is Its always easier to take something apart,than it is put back together. But anyway, last night I got bored wwhile watching a BB game I decided to take my 53 out out and while playing with it noticed one firing pin was sticking.Thinking it was some gunk or carbon.I decided to take them out. HUGE mistake!! yes it was somewhat dirty so after a though cleaning out with a Q-tip. Now I cant get it back together. The jist is to put them back in,and depress the springs to slide retainer down over the stubbs.then the springs push the firing pins back into the retainer....NO go!! Ive noticed that the 2 pins are different and tried swapping holes. One firing pin will go down in the bore far enough but not the other to slide the retainer....Still no go....anyone had this experience on a model 53?
