Barrel length, blue or nickel, stocks, box, paperwork?? Lots of variables here. I just missed one for $250 but recently have bought them for $275 to $450 that was cased with Cokes on it. I have seen them advertised up to $950, but I think that is nutz! I would be wanting more info before I could be of much help with this. Kyle

The preferred model, by some, is the 57 no dash because it is pinned and recessed. I love the .41 mags. In my area a 6" blued no box or papers would be $525 to $625 depending on condition. Hope that helps.

Model 57 value?

The VERY, esp. nickel, few you will see around the Seattle ,Western Wash.area are not much less than $600-700 or so for a 95% er. Model 57 's for $ 250-$450 are available in Alaska? That was a surprise, but one must consider that the economy up there is in a vacuum. Many shooter types including photographers/naturalists, hunters and fishermen are coming and going seasonally. This traffic facilitates person to person sales and great deals are to be had as these folks come and go to the outside and need cash and/or have a flight to catch.Etc. I have a 8 3/8" nickel no dash paid $400 over 10 years ago. Great shooter with the long barrel

That price range is my guess also and if it was a no dash the price would definitely be higher.
