Model 581 Nickel

Thought I would share another one I picked up at OGCA last weekend. 581 no dash in nickel. Hard to find them, especially nickel, in this condition.

I was thinking there can't be many of these as well, and in such good condition. A nickel 586 wouldn't temp me but that would.

Beautiful gun Ace, Nice grab. I have only encountered 2 Model 581s. Both happened to be nickel. I bought both.

I won one of those in a pistol match years ago. I sold it to help fund shooting matches. I didn’t like nickel either. I would’ve kept it if I had known it was rare.
