Model 65-1 K Frame

I bought this gun probably 15 years ago in NH. I believe it was A detective gun from either Londonderry or Litchfield. Can anyone help me determine what year it was manufactured in?
I really enjoy this gun. Owning many modern handguns, this is still my favorite to shoot.

My book shows that 1D1 - 1D30000 to be 1976-77 build date.
