I changed my Sport to the Magpul MOE stock, losing the rear sling mount. Does anyone make a sling swivel that will fit into the hole at the toe of the MOE stock? Or is there another way to install a two-point sling other than the one that slides on to the buffer tube?

I think you might have to step up to the CTR Magpul stock. I'm not entirely sure, but the doesn't seem to be a place to put a QD swivel on my moe stock.

I have a MOE model. You are really limited on that model's butt stock. Dont know why Magpul doesnt have a mount point other than run a strap thru the slots on top. The IWC is the best choice if you plan on staying with the MOE. Me personally, I'm replacing it with my beloved Magpul STR stock ( love that cheek comb) it has multiple ways to attach slings. I have that model on the rest of my MSR's. My son is Army and he doesnt really like using slings, just uses 550 cord so he will get the MOE stock as a freebie.
