In your opinion what is the best periodic magazine that covers the subject of handguns----not general shooting or long guns but handguns-------a magazine that gives decent consumer advice and tips/insights into handguns on the market today and isn't pushing some political agenda

monthly gun publications

American Handgunner, guns, american rifleman and Gun Club of America Gun Tech are all great with plenty of info on the latest tech guns. GCA previews new guns and their pro gunsmiths let you know, without bias, the pros and cons of each new gun they disect. For the price of $29.95 each month for GCA and the questions to ask the pro gunsmiths that are all included for the price, you can't beat it. I have been a charter member over six years in production of the club gun tech DVD and magazine. Look into it and see for yourself.

Holy Cow, Hobby-Gunsmith,

A nickel less than 30 bucks a month? That's just 60 cents short of $360 a year!

I googled it and all I got was attempts to get my email, etc., and some light-weight stuff (imo, that is).

I'm afraid I wouldn't pay $360 a year to talk monthly, in person, with Elmer Keith (yeah, I know he's dead-just using him as an example). I can still buy a decent gun for that much.

What, exactly, do you get for this price?
