Does it matter which way the spring is on the mags? With the hook end with the half loop at the front or the back of the mag?

Just wondering if it affects the pressure on the follower and how rounds feed.

I've never noted the orientation when stripping and cleaning my mags and I've never had an issue with them so I would guess the answer is it doesn't matter. :D

If i'm being honest, i've never had my 15-22's magazines apart to look at the orientation but i've learned the hard way about this and now always make sure they go back in the same way they come out!

It might not be as critical on this gun as the mag springs are fairly weak but i ruined a competition a few years ago by accidentally putting a mag spring in the wrong way around in a Bora BR99 magazine

Is it too hard to just put them back in the way they came out or am I missing something?

Noting the way/orientation they come out in the first place is the trick! :D And when you're doing a big cleaning session you might just have ripped them all apart before you even think about it....d'oh!
