MP15 Sporter 2 charging handle

Want to replace the original with an ambi for a left handed shooter. What material is the original made of? Recommendations for a replacement made of that same material. A suppresser is not a concern.

Made from aluminum. BCM Gunfighter, Giessele, Raptor are all good choices.

Have a Raptor on mine which was one of the few ambi charging handles found in stock few months ago.

If it's a using gun vs a game gun, don't get the supersized handles. They can catch on your gear and unlatch when you don't want that.

That's why I prefer the BCM Ambi 4x4 Medium CH. It doesn't protrude any more on either side than a standard CH does on the left side and don't have any sharp/pointy edges. Very similar to the Giessele URG-1 Airborne model. Bravo Company has them in stock

I put the BCM 3x3 Large Ambi in mine, wouldn't even look at another brand after using it.
