A month or so ago, I bought a 28-2 from the Chief Deputy of the Oconee County Georgia Sheriff's Office. The pistol was carried by both him and his predecessor.

I started a thread at the time with pics of the gun. Well, it has spent the last few weeks with my favorite custom leather maker. I wanted him to make something special to honor the history of this pistol. As usual, he worked his magic and made me a masterpiece.

Beautiful!!!

That is a very nice looking holster. I really like the easy-on, easy-off option. I have a Haugen like that for my Sig P220. Very Nice.........

The leatherworker is Chuck Barber. He can found on Facebook as CB's Leatherworks. He also frequents the forum on GeorgiaPacking.org where he posts under the name Zookeper.

Of anyone wants his number let me know and I'll PM it to you.

Sweet looking holster to honor some great local history.
