I am a proud owner of a M&P 9 FS and now I want more.uploadfromtaptalk1390529877582.jpg

I started with a M&P 22 which is the same size as the FS just lighter and shoots .22 LR. Cheaper to shoot if you can find .22 LR. Somewhere along the way a M&P 15-22 followed me home... Then a 9 FS FDE range kit from Cabela's one day...

I had one and sold it and kick myself everyday for doing it. But did get a 40 shield with the money but still would like a FS9

I just did the same thing today, except it was a M&P45 that was due to fall off the CA roster on 1/31. Since I've only had 2nd & 3rd gen pistols previously (except for my ill fated SW40F)... I've crossed over to the "dark side".. lol.

Now it's time to play catch up learning about the Apex upgrades I've seen being mentioned on the forum.

Welcome to the forum. To be honest, I try not not think about how sweet a full-size MP 9mm (or even a .40) would be because how sweet and comfortable the Shield 9 mm is blows my mind. Maybe I need a MP FS .40. No, no, ..... baseball, baseball, baseball ....

Now you have to get a .45C. Smoothest .45 I have ever shot concerning recoil. Trigger broke in after dryfire and shooting 500 rounds.
I have to get a 9mm next, then a .40. Then I'll start on the shields. Maybe even the M&P bodyguard, though I have no use for one that I know of. By then, more M&Ps should be out. Yes, one M&P and I'm an addict. :)

Thanks for all the great words. I've gotten about 300 rounds through her and it is awesome. With shooting one handed I can group around three inches on 7-10 yards. Two handed my group is still ok, but I'm shooting off to the left. I just need range time to dial in. I'm really wanting the Shield 40 for my next M&P.

My first pistol was the M&P FS 9 and that was the beginning of a love affair. Next was the 9c, then I couldn't help myself and purchased the M&P .22, my last M&P pistol was the Shield 9 which I carry most days. Then I figured, I might as well have the M&P 15 (Sport), to round out my M&P addiction.

Gotta Love the M&P line :)

Congrats on the purchase, and welcome to the forum. I am sure you will enjoy both.
