This is yet another acquisition from one of my regular pawnshop stops. I have a number of S&W revolvers, and several semi-automatics of various other makers, but until now had no S&W semis.

It is a 3913TSW circa 1999 (product code 104530) with original box and 2 OEM S&W magazines with both baseplates but no paperwork. Very good condition with evidence of firing but not abuse. It also came with a leather OWB holster (an El Paso Shado from South Africa). I am not a big fan of thumb break holsters, but I paid $500 out the door so I could throw it away and still have paid a reasonable price.

We took it shooting today along with my Glock 43 and my son's HK P30 I am certainly satisfied with the results. Feel and function are good and accuracy is more than acceptable. My son had a little trouble with accuracy, but he is used to larger pistols and needs a little seat time to get used to the rigor of shooting small firearms.

Nice gun. I frequently carry one that I stumbled onto several years back. I paid a pretty good $425.00 plus tax with one magazine.

By comparison I paid $600.00 plus tax for a 3953TSW about five years ago.

All of which is to say you did very well. BTW, I found that mine shoots low with 115gr ammunition, but almost to point of aim with 124gr and spot on with 147gr. The last is what I carry in JHP.

I'm not familiar with the TSW, but my 3913 is a great compact 9mm, you can't go wrong with one. Congrats!

Nce pistol, I've got one just like it. Good luck finding spare mags, they're expensive when you do find them.
