I would think it is part of the Schrade Walden family of knives.

Some years ago, they changed the name to Schrade only and were the makers of the Old Timer and Uncle Henry brands.

There is probably some info on bladeforums.com. They have a schrade collectors forum.

And then there is this site.

Great find! I like the gun it looks to be in good shape, I agree the knife looks like a old Schrade "Coke Bottle" Case knives made a knife very similiar to these and are highly collectible. Enjoy your new toys! Oh, almost forgot to ask, How much?

Well done! A few weeks ago I got a .32 hand ejector, it too came with a nice leather holster and an older box of ammo. Nothing like nickel and leather to get a fellas heart pumpin.

Well, so far it seems the knife is around 90 to 100 years old.More research will narrow it down. Here is some more stuff I got at the same show.Paid $10 each for the holster's and $20 for the diamond K frame grips. The brand new swing blade boot knife was $30 and the RB to SB grips were free.I also got some brand new FAL mags for $10 each and a factory holster for my CZ83 for $10.

I forgot to tell,it was $250.00 for the gun and knife deal.

Dang! Why can't I get great finds/deals like that at the local gun shows?!?
Nice haul!!
