Started on this S&W revovler kick about a year ago and I think I have it bad!
Wanted to share my lastest acquisitions, since I enjoy looking at others treasures!
I picked up a couple of 2 1/2 inchers recently, one being a M19 and the other a M66. Both are new in the box. The other was a M60 3" full lugged .38. I know it doesn't belong in the pinned section but had to show it off with my others.
The Model 19 still has the warranty card filled out but never sent in it was purchased in a liquor store [Ruff's Liquor in Flagstaff Arizona] in 1975.
I normally buy high and sell low but I think I did good on these!!
$400 each for the snubbies and $425 for the 3 inch model 60.

Took me a YEAR to find a nice 19-3 blued 2.5 incher out here in Montana. And I paid a bit more than your $400 too.

You did well...VERY well.

Very cool. Ruff's Liquor Store is now Ruff's Sporting Goods. I was actually going to go in there this week for some help with my dad's old model 19.

Thanks for the heads-up on Ruff's, next time I am that direction on a varmint calling trip I will have to stop in.

Your little 3-inch Model 60 is just a terrific trail gun. I have one and like it so well that when S&W brought out the same gun in .357, I thought I had to have one. The original plan was to test out the .357 and if it shot acceptably, then sell the .38. The .357 sits around unfired, and I am still using the 60-4. :o

Nice guns you found there! :)

My 19 2.5" (nickel - purchased in '77) has been a very versatile, trustworthy partner. I also have a 2" 60 with adj. sights that I use a lot. You have chosen wisely.
