shot this weekend. sweated my fat *** off in the 99 degree heat of a rock quarry. used my M&P 9 FS with Dawson sights, apex upgrades, custom stipple, arrendondo mag extensions. Ran like a champ.

I shot like **** on the accuracy stages,. i need to slow down and not rush my shots to make a faster time. not too bad on the run and guns.

Speed will come. Stay focused on accuracy. Competition is about quick target aquistition and trigger control. Sights should follow the eyes to the target. A good drill to help, is with pistol unloaded and safe, pick out several points of aim in a room. Focus on getting your eyes to the target before you bring your sights on target. 10-15 minutes, several days a week will help with getting on target quicker.

I've watched the video's a few times, I'm wonder if XS Sights would improve on target time.
