Very nice .32 Safety Hammerless. With your serial number, it would be a First Model. Looks to be a 3 1/2" barrel ( or maybe 3") both are the most common barrel length. My guess is that the pearl grips are after-market, but look well fitted to the gun. I think that S&W pearls from this era came with medallions in the grips.

Nickel looks to be all there, but might be a refinish - hard to tell, but one picture shows some waviness on the frame top. Some of the edges look slightly rounded.

The revolver may have been shipped around 1893-1894, so it is an antique by ATF standards. Value is always tough without actually having the gun in hand, but may approach $500 with all of the original finish intact. If refinished, maybe $200-$250 on a good day at the auction. The grips could affect those numbers some to collectors, but the pearl grips are valuable, even if not original and replacement hard rubber grips are not too hard to find.

I believe that it has been refinished although without having clearer pictures showing both sides it is hard to tell for sure. The grips don't look like they fit that well to me but again better pictures would help. As far as medallion grips, I don't believe they started showing up in these little top breaks for another year or two. This gun probably shipped between the end of 1894 and the forst half of 1895. There is no way to tell for sure without getting a letter of authentication from Roy Jinks. As refinished I would peg the value at a maximum of $200.
