My Michigan CPL license is approved!

Just checked the Wayne County website to be greeted with this:

'Your Concealed Weapon Aplication Status : Approved
The CCW Application has been approved.'

Woot -Woot! Anyone know if Wayne County is using the new 'driver license' style CPL licenses?

Also, how long does it generally take from 'approved' to in my mailbox? Anyone have any Wayne County experience with this?

No clue for your state but when I got my LTCF in PA I stopped by my county sheriffs office and dropped off my application. It was in my mailbox the next day. Hopefully yours shows up quickly.

My last renewal ( 2010 ) was in my mailbox about thirty days after I filed for renewal. And that is a huge improvement over the first renewal ( 2005 ) which took over four months. Wayne County has it's stuff together on CPLs it would appear. Your's shouldn't be long. Still, when your renewal comes up, go in about 3 months prior. It is still Wayne County and if you live here, you read the papers. All is not well with them!
