It goes great with my Proud to be an Infidel t-shirt another member here sent me....(but I forgot who sent it to me as all my pms have been cleaned out...so if it was you, please remind in this thread)...:P

Now a pig on the back might be too much....but seriously, I'm curious as to why anyone would be offended...it just says that you agree with anyone who would call you that....is it provocative to non extremists? I take it as just a kind of back door patriotic hat. What say you guys?

Ya know they put that extra embroidery around the adjustment open in the back of them cap...Just a little extra advertising

A infidel means one without faith. Or dont belive in ANY God. At first I liked the hat from a muslems perspective of getting in their face, but I am a christian, so that aint right for me either. Now where I live the old time mormons called a non mormon, a "Gentile". I am a gentile. Oddly I just used the term in my last post about a half hour ago! Is that strange or what!

I kind of take it as letting someone know it doesn't bother you that others think you are an infidel...kind of like if someone calls me a wop..I just say, yeah, I'm a wop...and proud of it....:)

"Infidel" suits me fine. Kind of reminds me of the days when guys in the 'hood would wear hats with an "x" on them (as in Malcolm, I suppose). Then up by Sand Creek where my buddy lived the jackpine savages started sporting similar black caps with a "y" on them. He called me to ask what I thought of this phenomenon.

"Must be a chromosome thing," is all I could come up with.
