Mystery holster... looks like a Hunter Snap-Off

Design similar to (or might be?) a Hunter Snap-Off. No brand logo though. Stampings on the rear of the belt loop has what looks like a "1" or the letter "I" then a space, followed by "199" then another space, then "D B".

So, either: 1 199 D B or I 199 D B

Any ideas on brand and fitment?

It is a Red Head brand holster, 1199 is the code for a Colt .25 pistol.

Thanks! The holster did come from a gentlemen who also left me his Colt 1908 Vest Pocket .25.
