N.B.A. Moses Malone passes 9/13/15

According to Yahoo, Moses Malone passed away in his sleep, reportedly from a heart attack. He was 60 years of age.

I remember his words when he was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame. There was a college coach, forget who, also being inducted. Malone said to him, I never graduated from college, I could come back and help you out.

Thats sad to hear. I used to listen to a few basketball games on AM Radio--and heard his name quite alot. Also, ive never heard anything negative about him and his behavior. Rest in Peace Ol Mose.

Never have been much of an NBA fan, but I did know who Moses Malone was, he was a credit to the game.

Some of the best Basketball I ever watched was the '83 finals.

Philly vs LA

Moses Malone and Julius Erving. I can't remember the rest of the players off hand.

They swepped LA that year. I'm pretty sure it was Malone's first season with the Sixers.

Added, They played as a team.
