Anybody see the Gun of the Day posted by the National Firearms Museum on Facebook today? I have NEVER seen a prettier 39!

Great gun! Did they provide any details such as engraver or if the same individual did the grips? The top is simuliar to DJ's belt buckle design.

No details on the engraver or scrimshaw artist, it came out of a private collection. I love the eagle gripping the S&W logo on the top of the slide! From the looks of the left grip, somebody carried it. There is no way I could put that in a holster!
