I agree...regarding the "Food Bowl" donations...

This option is starting to look better and better...

I agree with you Max...for the time it takes to prepare a main dish or side dish it would be easier to just chip in $ to the food bowl and order chicken OR pizza...I like to cook but it would make things a lot easier when packing on Friday to come on Saturday...Great idea...I'm ALL FOR IT for the next "Bunch" in the Fall... Roger

PS: Here is another "possible" idea: if we could get people to stay till 3PM we could ALL close up and go have supper at Nino's Italian restaurant...they are only about 1 1/2 miles from the "Bunch"...and they open at 4PM...they are the BEST Italian restaurant I have ever had dinner at...I believe Pete and Eric will vouch for that...Just a thought!

Had a great time this past weekend

Good to see some familiar faces at the Bunch Saturday.

Hopefully the fall gathering won’t have any local shows to compete with.

Thanks to Larry for handling the 3 bowls of $$$ collected and the distribution to the club & Forum…I’m sure the Big Gorilla appreciates the donation.

Yes Nino’s is definitely the best Italian restaurant I’ve eaten at and would recommend it to any that would be interested in going. Just a heads up …you’ll have plenty of food for two meals.

I’ll continue to bring the pulled pork unless someone objects.

I always have a couple sandwiches of it.
All Sept & Oct Saturdays on the club website are shown as 'open'.

Edit: I did miss Pharman's venison 'sloppy joes'. I would make a pulled pork sandwich and then put the 'sloppy joe' on top of the pork. Two great items made a greater item.

I sold 4 firearms, one of the 22 rifles, the boxed 60, the best looking 15, and the 3914 Ladysmith. Ammo went pretty well because of the great prices, couple boxes of 10mm, 380acp 4 boxes, and 2000rds of 22lr.

Guess I can put my 2 cents in. The pulled pork and beans were great, had a second helping. The venison sausage (?), I had 2 pieces of. The sloppy Joe I had with some leftover beans on my plate. I think the next bunch I will bring something to share.

The chicken seems popular, only had 2 pieces left and a bunch of JoJo’s. We can keep the bowl for food, Chet makes some good food, he is very popular in the area.

I will send checks soon from Saturday , maybe tomorrow. We have a good group of friends that get together twice a year. It needs to grow again so more people can join our circle, Larry

Why don't the powers that be go ahead and reserve a date for the Fall Bunch NOW rather than waiting?

My only conflicts right now would be: September 27 OGCA show at IX Center Cleveland and October 11 Glenmont Gun Show Glenmont, Ohio...Roger

I attended both days very slow both days sunday was a ghost town. Did not see much s&w revolvers walking around. Dan T only set up saturday.

Posts are now called messages.
Likes are called 'reactions'.
Private messages are now called 'direct messages', in the 'envelope' next to your username at the top.
Albums are now 'media'.

The old site I had in 'dark' mode, the new site 'dark' mode is too dark so I'm in 'light' mode.

Someone call Brian and set the date, Denny listed all the things in the way. I had 2 table holders talked into coming but Berea was April 26 also and they couldn’t come to the bunch. Or call Marty and have him book it with Brian not on the dates listed Larry

Just wanted to let everyone know tomorrow, not sure yet what time yet I will have a procedure called TURBT. Basically the Urologist saw a tumor in my bladder when he went in to look. TURBT is removing the tumor, cauterize whatever is needed and leaving some kind of Chemo in there. Won’t know the stage of cancer till the lab result comes back. Urologist said it was cancer just not sure what stage. Larry

Had about a 3 hour delay starting the procedure, I feel good. Went home with a catheter till Monday. The worst part is after surgery but it’s past me now. Larry

Yes berea was slow but i was able to sell 3 to one dealer, got my asking price
