I’m in VA and when I had my first major build done, I used Andy Horvath. I found he was best called first thing in the work day or at the end of the work day. Once he’s working he doesn’t want or need interruptions.

He may not want to fool around with that small a job. If you don’t mind me asking, what happened to the two originals?

Possible option

I'm not sure how soon you need the work completed but I'll throw out this option.

Instead of attending the Medina Show on Saturday.....

Make plans to attend the NE Ohio Bunch Gathering on September 07, 2024.

There is a fellow there that usually has a multitude of gun parts that I'm sure could get the job done.

I will PM you his name and number so you can call him just to make sure he has the needed screws.

You can also have a chance to meet many fine members of this forum and get to see some mighty fine looking guns:D

Some pretty good eats are there as well.

Rudy, buy a set of screws and bring everything to the NE Ohio group. Ed is a factory trained S&W repair person for one of the government agencies, since retired. Are the threads stripped? Easy fix if nothing is wrong.

I usually call Andy around 9 am or 4 pm. Like Pete about said, he may not want a small job. Larry
