Need a little pricing help on market value for 686-3 6"

Hey guys,

I'm looking to purchase a S&W 686-3 6" with factory target grips from a friend. We are trying to come up with a fair price on the piece. The gun is easily 95-98% conservatively. It does not include the box or paperwork. If anyone can help me out with a price, I would be greatly appreciative as I'm not up on todays value of these guns.

I'd say $650-$700 with the original Goncalo Alves stocks; and a $575-$625 without them.
