Need a Shoulder Holster for a Colt Rail Gun

My Boss has given the ok to carry but it must be in a shoulder holster. I looked at Galco but they won't ok a Colt rail gun so I can't use even if the S&W 1911 rail holster would work. I would like to find a good horse hide rig in one of the brown type colors with a double mag carrier. Most rigs I have used over the years are not balanced very well. A lot are out of business now. Off site my carry is IWB at 4:00 but on site boss fells it is to easy to grab or lose the gun. Can't scare the other workers. I do have a jacket on most work days.
