I apoligize for putting Ruger grips on this "Great Site", but I have a very good friend that wants to know what Ruger they will fit on. I knew if anyone could help me with this, this would be the place to go. I appreciate any help I can get in identifying them for him................THANKS............CookE

They look like Securuty Six series. They were what the GP100 phased out in favor of the GP's grip peg design. There is an older "low back" version and the rest of them. They grip frame shape is slightly different and the grips are not interchangeable. I'm not expert enough at all to tell you without having them in hand to fit on the gun to know which they are. It's doubtful they are the older low back though as they were far fewer in numbers. Those were likely removed in favor of some Pachs or Hogues.

Sir, I can't tell the scale from the pix, but the style is right for a Security Six or Redhawk.

Hope this helps, and Semper Fi.

Security Six (adj.sights) or Service Six (fixed sights).

Speed Six had rounded corners.

Redhawks were larger and very few if any were released with checkering.
