All I No is This is Lift Arm Lighter. Has LENCO on the Base See Picture 5.

Need more information about LENCO.

Looks to be post WWI, most likely 20s -40s due to fake leather. There are “ typical” WWI lighters . Here’s the rest of 1 mount of lighters. Collected them from Vietnam til few years ago…

I can not help with any information but I find it a funny coincidence. I just put a new wick and cotton in a Prince tabletop lighter yesterday. Much newer than OP lighter but still vintage.
