Dave,maybe just a little more than an hour,but there are a couple of ranges here in Lakeland that are pretty good. $10.00 to shoot all day. They have pistol,rifle,shotgun and archery ranges. If you're up this way shoot me an e-mail. If you would like more info send an email.

dave b, there used to be one in Englewood, but I don't know for sure if they're still there. Englewood Pistoleer's. They had a nice range at the water company's land.

Intersection ot I75 and Tuckers Grade RD.
From CC just drive 20 miles North on US 41 to the Tuckers Grade Light/exit to I75 (over the RR tracks) and straight under I75 and you are there.
Pay your $3 in the iron post and the range is just down the road.
