Great price on a great gun. The three barrel package lets you hunt, or shoot trap/skeet with the 'same' gun you keep for defense. I am a huge fan of the 20ga, especially in pumps. Just buy ammo when you see it/find it.
Good choice..I'm not a shotgun guy but .. I've accumulated three 500s over the years. Still have the first one I got around 1980 with two barrels (24/rifle sights and 30").... added an 18". Got a second 12 gauge with the full length mag and found a nice 20 gauge Youth model 510 with a 18 inch barrel (OAL is 35" IIRC)
The 510 makes a nice utility gun that anyone in the house can handle!
Never had an issue getting 20 gauge buckshot at the Dunham's on Rt 8.
Added a Truglo fiber optic front sight (that snaps over the existing bead) to all three.About $20 on Amazon
